This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Direct the Patient Engagement Enablement Team, reporting to the Specialty Care Patient Solutions Strategy and Enablement Lead.
• Convert Patient Engagement strategy and priorities into actionable guidance for the Enablement Team.
• Establish, lead, and nurture a high-performing enablement organization.
• Manage tools, content, training, and technology for Patient Engagement field teams.
• Facilitate communication strategies and change management for significant initiatives and organizational transitions.
• Supervise the GTM Excellence strategy and its implementation, encompassing MLR/RC cycles, targeting, territory models, and program governance.
• Align GTM Excellence strategies and tactics with the lifecycle stages of each program.
• Ensure that Go-To-Market initiatives, deliverables, and tactics are launched on schedule.
• Guide the development of digital capabilities and AI strategy roadmaps.
• Oversee digital solutions such as Polaris, Pharmlogic dashboards, and tools for both field and patient use.
• Lead collaborative efforts on AI strategy and prioritize AI roadmaps.
• Advocate for data and analytics practices while mentoring the team on deriving insights from data.
• Ensure the consistency of KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting across Patient Engagement programs.
• Review analyses and insights prior to strategic decision-making.
• Provide reporting and actionable insights to Patient Engagement and Patient Solutions leadership.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Eliminate silos and foster a cohesive, patient-centric operating model.
• Focus on continuous improvement projects, processes, and resources.
• Collaborate with GCET to ensure training is appropriately tailored and maintain training roadmaps.
• Over 8 years of combined experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries, covering Patient Engagement, enablement/operations, patient or consumer marketing, and field enablement.
• Proven leadership experience with a history of managing a high-performing organization.
• Demonstrated success in leading enablement functions that enhance capabilities for field and program execution.
• Experience in developing launch plans and driving successful product and/or team launches from conception to execution.
• Background in leading within matrix organizations, including the ability to lead without formal authority, and manage both direct and indirect reports.
• Strong proficiency in data, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience in shaping or implementing AI-enabled tools or digital capabilities in a commercial or patient engagement setting.
• Ability to influence crucial stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Effective skills in planning, prioritization, and organizational project management.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple short- and long-term projects concurrently.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in supporting leaders with communication strategies and change management for large-scale initiatives.
• Strong executive presence and presentation abilities.
• Sound judgment and high ethical standards.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Candidates must possess the necessary authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
