Specialty Care - Immunoglobulin Health & Science Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold compliant relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), pharmacy leadership, specialty infusion pharmacies, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other essential stakeholders.

• Provide targeted and approved education on disease states and products to ensure appropriate utilization of immunoglobulin (IG) and stimulate demand.

• Conduct face-to-face and virtual engagements with customers.

• Maintain objectives for calls, outline next steps, document interactions, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Create and implement strategic plans for territories and accounts using analytics and insights from customers.

• Modify plans based on performance metrics, opportunities, and customer requirements.

• Organize daily schedules and optimize engagements across various care sites.

• Assist patients with information regarding ordering, reimbursement, and authorized Pfizer resources.

• Work collaboratively with Field Medical, Field Access Specialists, Key Account Management, Marketing, and Strategy teams.

• Utilize triage protocols and digital tools to connect customers with subject matter experts.

• Employ Veeva Engage, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and other digital platforms.

• Leverage data and analytics to derive insights and determine next-best actions.

• Supply field insights to enhance approved messaging and resources.

• Travel throughout the territory to all accounts and office locations, including overnight stays when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing within these fields; or related therapeutic healthcare provider experience.

• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.

• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation in the past 7 years will disqualify you from consideration for this position.

• Strong understanding of disease states, therapeutic areas, and customers in specialty pharmacies.

• Demonstrated success in strategic account and territory planning.

• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant customers and markets, including prescribers, HCPs, specialty infusion pharmacies, and organizations.

• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and specialty infusion pharmacies throughout the sales lifecycle.

• Capability to work efficiently within a matrix organization and adapt swiftly to changes.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.

• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available at this time or in the future.

• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
