This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage in proposal launch meetings to grasp the scope of proposals and plan the necessary steps to adhere to client delivery timelines.
• Enhance and manage the proposal template effectively.
• Oversee the repository of RFI questions and answers.
• Develop proposal content that aligns with project-specific strategy discussions, catering to the needs of Indero and its clients.
• Ensure the precision and relevance of the proposal text and its attachments.
• Modify proposals in response to evolving departmental service offerings.
• Conduct research on therapeutic areas and indications to aid in proposal development.
• Gather insights from internal subject matter experts.
• Reach out to external MDs and KOLs as necessary.
• Coordinate the input and required actions from subject matter experts within stringent delivery timelines.
• Review and refine proposals for clarity, readability, persuasiveness, and technical accuracy.
• Guarantee compliance and quality in all proposal efforts.
• Assist proposal and contract managers with ongoing training for drafting proposal content.
• Incorporate financial estimates into proposals.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in clinical research within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors.
• Strong understanding of CRO operations and elements of project management budgets.
• Experience with RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc., is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to perform under the pressure of multiple deadlines.
• Ability to lead meetings and engage confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Must demonstrate teamwork capabilities.
• Proficient in English grammar, spelling, composition, writing, editing, and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Capable of writing persuasive narrative content and producing error-free, timely proposals.
• Ability to clearly explain technical requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint applications.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
