Specialist Performance Management, f/m/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Examine and enhance global supply chain, operations, and interdisciplinary processes.

• Formulate and execute global strategies to elevate inventory management, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.

• Create and implement performance management frameworks, KPI systems, reporting solutions, and dashboards.

• Lead and assist international, cross-functional projects centered on logistics, material flows, manufacturing processes, and supply chain performance.

• Collaborate with global sites, supply chain teams, sales organizations, controlling, and technical functions.

• Convert complex data into practical insights and recommendations.

• Assemble management presentations and decision-making documents.

• Advocate for best practices in performance management throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in global project management.

• Proficiency in Lean Management or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• Experience with KPI frameworks and data visualization tools, emphasizing Power BI.

• In-depth knowledge of process management, standardization, and digital workflow design.

• Exceptional analytical abilities.

• Strong proficiency in English communication.

• Experience working with international teams.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Organized, collaborative, and solution-focused work approach.
