📋 Description

• Promote the compliance program of Santen Pharmaceutical and contribute to the cultivation of a compliance culture.

• Provide daily support to employees as business partners, offering advice related to compliance.

• Gain employees' understanding and support for the compliance program and the mission of the global compliance team.

• Assist in ensuring that MR and SR activities in the assigned area are conducted in accordance with laws, administrative notifications, guidelines, industry rules, and internal regulations.

• Conduct various project reviews and provide necessary training and advice.

• Participate in the creation of the team's annual activity plan based on risk analysis.

• Implement and improve monitoring, verification, and response measures.

• Carry out monitoring, guidance, and training for sales information provision activities.

• Monitor compliance with fair competition regulations during promotional activities.

• Regularly exchange information with branch managers and sales office managers in the assigned area, providing advice and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in compliance-related tasks within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

• A willingness to learn various relevant laws and regulations independently, while executing routine and basic tasks under the supervision of a manager, and to consult appropriately as needed.

• Strong communication skills to facilitate smooth operations, with the ability to clearly and understandably convey what can and cannot be done, along with the reasons, while maintaining a problem-solving mindset and flexible attitude.

• Proficiency in IT tools: Basic skills in Word and PowerPoint are required.

• Knowledge and understanding of fair competition regulations for pharmaceuticals, fair competition regulations for medical devices, and guidelines related to sales information provision activities for pharmaceuticals (desirable).

• Knowledge and understanding of transparency guidelines (desirable).
