Specialist II, E-commerce – Loyalty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical authority for the team.

• Elevate team standards, promote a collaborative environment, and nurture the development of junior team members.

• Perform code reviews and engage in pair programming activities.

• Lead the establishment of architectural standards for both front-end and back-end systems.

• Prioritize scalability, high performance, cost efficiency, and the technological advancement of the platform.

• Design and enhance responsive, accessible interfaces, high-performance services, and APIs for the e-commerce ecosystem.

• Collaborate with product management, infrastructure, DevOps, data, and marketplace teams.

• Serve as the technical representative during deliveries, discovery projects, blocker identification, and architectural choices.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation.

• Oversee production applications, address complex incidents, and participate in on-call and support rotations.

• Ensure the availability and security of systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in front-end technologies including React, JavaScript ES6+, and TypeScript.

• Proficient in back-end technologies such as Kotlin and Java.

• Experience in building, consuming, and migrating RESTful/GraphQL APIs.

• Strong background with Design Systems and Micro Frontends.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservices.

• Understanding of Clean Code principles.

• Experience with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.

• Advanced skills in version control using Git.

• Knowledge of front-end loading optimization and accessibility practices.

• Understanding of concurrency, caching, and high availability in back-end systems.

• Experience with CI/CD processes in Agile settings.

• Practical experience with monitoring and metrics tools such as New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
