Operations Assistant – E-Commerce/Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the process that allows nurse entrepreneurs to easily submit supply orders.

• Manage operations related to supplies and their fulfillment.

• Register new accounts that qualify for access to the supplies platform.

• Monitor the platform for incoming orders and associated payments.

• Place orders received with the designated supplier.

• Conduct daily reconciliations between orders from the platform and those from suppliers.

• Provide occasional email support to address and resolve issues with lost or incorrectly placed orders.

• Escalate significant issues to the manager.

• Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as requested by the manager or the product and engineering teams, including manual testing of new features and data entry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience working with US customers in a comparable role, such as managing an e-commerce store.

• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.

• Experience with basic data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.

• Willingness to work US hours, potentially as late as 8am–4pm ET on weekdays.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional attention to detail and dependability.

• Capability to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.

• A reliable internet connection (greater than 10mbps).

• A quiet working environment.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness sectors is an advantage.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello is a plus.

• Knowledge of manual QA testing is a bonus.
