This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Deliver administrative and coordination assistance throughout the employee lifecycle, which encompasses onboarding, training logistics, contract modifications, relocations, and offboarding.
• Ensure the accuracy of HRIS data while providing first-level support to both employees and managers for inquiries.
• Address HR process questions and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
• Manage performance management documentation and schedules.
• Assist in wellness, engagement, and recognition programs.
• Monitor disability leave and maintain health and safety case records.
• Aid in the annual salary review and bonus processes by collecting data and preparing reports.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on onboarding and the integration of new hires.
• Support change management initiatives related to new HR tools and processes.
• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Conduct screening interviews, assess skills, cultural compatibility, and language proficiency, and compile shortlists.
• Partner with managers to create job descriptions.
• Administer ATS and recruitment accounts, ensuring accurate candidate movement and data integrity.
• Handle background checks, reference verification, and the preparation of offer letters and contracts.
• Provide clear communication, prompt feedback, and structured interviews to guarantee a positive experience for candidates.
• Contribute to employer branding and sourcing strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Engage in HR and talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (considered ideal/preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, with familiarity in both recruitment and HR operations.
• Preferred full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and HR processes in a global or multi-site environment is advantageous.
• Proficient in ATS and HRIS systems.
• Experience as a system super-user or administrator is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Willingness to adjust working hours to accommodate stakeholders across various time zones.
