Employee Experience Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Shape the design, implementation, and sustainability of talent programs throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle.

• Assist internal teams in executing organization-wide employee experience programs and initiatives.

• Evaluate existing tools and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Identify vendors to facilitate ongoing program execution and address evolving requirements.

• Investigate emerging trends in employee experience and talent programs.

• Leverage research insights to provide recommendations that advance CRS strategy.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across People & Culture, including Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, and Learning & Development.

• Report directly to the Manager, Employee Experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-6 years of HR experience in at least two of the following areas: Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Experience, Workforce Planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, ideally with a focus on HR.

• CPHR Designation is considered an asset.

• May be required to undergo a criminal record check in compliance with FCL policies.
