This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist in implementing human resources strategies to achieve business goals.
• Offer employee assistance related to benefits, onboarding for new hires, policies, and procedures.
• Provide administrative and coordination support during the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training logistics, contract modifications, relocations, and offboarding.
• Ensure HRIS data is accurate and current, and assist employees and managers with initial inquiries.
• Serve as a resource for HR process questions and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Coordinate performance management activities, including documentation and tracking timelines.
• Support initiatives related to wellness, engagement, and recognition.
• Monitor disability leave and manage health and safety case documentation.
• Contribute to the annual salary review and bonus process by collecting data and preparing reports.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to facilitate onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Aid in change management initiatives tied to new HR tools and processes.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Conduct screening interviews, assess skills, cultural fit, and language proficiency, and create shortlists.
• Work with managers to draft and update job descriptions.
• Manage the ATS and recruitment accounts, ensuring candidate movement and data accuracy.
• Handle pre-employment tasks, including background checks, reference verification, and preparing offer letters/contracts.
• Ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and structured interviews for an optimal candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and sourcing strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Engage in HR and talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
• Perform other qualified responsibilities as assigned or upon adequate training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (ideal profile).
• 1–3 years of HR experience, with knowledge in both recruitment and HR operations.
• Preferred experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and HR processes in a global or multi-site context is beneficial.
• Proficient with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Experience as a super-user or administrator for ATS/HRIS systems is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Willingness to adjust working hours to accommodate stakeholders across various time zones.
• Ability to work legally in Poland.
• Proficiency in French is advantageous; additional languages are a bonus.
