This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop innovative, engaging, objective, and actionable research on AI solutions within talent processes.
• Generate independent insights on HR technology sectors and AI applications that impact talent management, learning and development (L&D), and recruitment.
• Monitor vendors, emerging technologies, and evolving practices.
• Offer personalized, actionable guidance to clients and prospects utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Anticipate market trends, assist clients with technology selection, and support vendors with market positioning.
• Establish credibility as an HR technology authority representing Gartner's research, methods, and strategies.
• Create and present materials for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings.
• Engage in innovation, ideation, and research dialogues.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Business and Technology Insights community.
• Deliver timely, high-quality peer reviews of content.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Interact with clients through virtual meetings, in-person visits, and Gartner conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a graduate degree is advantageous.
• Over 12 years of relevant experience in HR technology leadership roles or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Expertise in talent management, L&D, and recruitment.
• Comprehensive understanding of L&D and talent management workflow technologies, including employee development, compliance training, performance management, succession planning, skills management, and engagement surveys.
• Specific knowledge of L&D and performance management platforms.
• Familiarity with transitioning from legacy systems to contemporary solutions.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled skills, technology ownership, governance, and maintenance.
• In-depth firsthand knowledge of HR technology markets, vendors, products, and emerging applications.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to establish credibility with senior-level audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Outstanding written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data and applying patterns and frameworks.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural global team.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Comfortable presenting at both large and small-scale speaking engagements.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Ability to effectively represent Gartner’s research methodologies and strategies.
• Agility in navigating and learning within highly matrixed environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, both regionally and globally, as needed.
