Specialist, Cricket Indirect Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assist designated markets, regions, or Authorized Retailer locations in achieving sales targets.

• Foster effective working relationships with leaders of Authorized Retailers and their store teams.

• Convey company initiatives and promotional priorities effectively.

• Aid in the execution of launches and address daily business or operational challenges.

• Deliver training on products, processes, sales techniques, and promotions to Authorized Retailer teams.

• Analyze scorecards, sales outcomes, market dynamics, and areas requiring improvement.

• Detect opportunities, propose actions, and monitor advancements with field leaders and retail partners.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, operational protocols, account agreements, legal obligations, and ethical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.

• Proficient understanding of sales principles, practices, products, and services.

• Capability to support sales goals including gross additions, revenue growth, feature attachment, customer expansion, quality, and operational priorities.

• Proficient in building relationships with leaders of Authorized Retailers and store personnel.

• Competence in providing training on products, processes, sales, and promotions.

• Ability to analyze scorecards, sales performance, market trends, and execution deficiencies.

• Familiarity with company policies, brand standards, operational protocols, account agreements, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

• A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is preferred.
