Spanish Speaking Therapist, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Receive, evaluate, and swiftly respond to intake referrals once cases are assigned.

• Perform Bio/Psych/Social assessments, develop diagnostic impressions, and create treatment plans under the supervision of the Clinical Director.

• Conduct individual sessions for patients based on their ongoing treatment progress.

• Complete and assist clients with aftercare and discharge planning processes.

• Provide therapy services at individual, group, family, and couples levels.

• Offer case management services and make referrals to external resources as needed.

• Ensure the coherence and thoroughness of services recorded in clinical charts.

• Maintain precise client records and enter clinical documentation into the EHR system.

• Participate in treatment team, staff development, training, supervision, and consultation meetings.

• Communicate with the Medical Director and prescribers concerning clinical services.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external professionals effectively.

• Adhere to confidentiality laws and regulations.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and uphold PAX Health's code of ethics and values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid New Jersey LCSW or LPC license; current authorization to practice independently in New Jersey.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Capability to communicate with patients and staff via email, phone, and other communication methods.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Word and Excel.

• Experience with EHR software is advantageous.

• Familiarity with workers' compensation clientele is a plus.

• LCADC or CADC certification is a plus.
