Spanish Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver consecutive interpretation via phone and video in medical, legal, and social service settings.

• Effectively communicate messages while upholding professional neutrality and confidentiality.

• Conduct terminology research to gain insight into specialized fields.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity to connect individuals from diverse backgrounds.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level or near-native proficiency in both Spanish and English (C1/C2 level).

• Capability to manage high-pressure or sensitive situations with professionalism.

• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills.

• Prior interpretation experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Operating system should be Windows 10/11 or macOS 12.7+ (fully updated).

• Remote/Virtual PCs are not acceptable.

• Must have Intel 6th Gen (i5-6xxx) CPU or an AMD equivalent.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM required.

• A wired internet connection through Starlink, xDSL, Coaxial, or Fiber is necessary; LTE/4G and Wi-Fi are not allowed.

• USB wired headset with a uni-directional microphone is required.
