Spanish Bilingual Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Delivers primary and urgent healthcare through telephone and tele-video methods to patients.

• Formulates and executes clinical care plans for adult patients dealing with chronic and complex health issues.

• Collects patient history, performs physical examinations, and conducts necessary diagnostics, followed by the development and implementation of treatment strategies.

• Recognizes and addresses gaps in patient care.

• Addresses the physical and psychosocial needs of patients and their families, with assistance and input from the company’s interdisciplinary team.

• Informs patients and their families regarding medication usage, potential side effects, illness progression, as well as dietary and nutritional guidance.

• Maintains ongoing communication with other clinical team members, patients' additional healthcare providers, and other medical professionals to ensure coordinated care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Nursing is required.

• An active national Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification is mandatory.

• A valid, current, active, and unrestricted Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of New Jersey is essential.

• A valid, current, active RN Compact license is required.

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is necessary.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing complex care cases is required.

• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are necessary.
