Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through Workable and various other sourcing platforms, utilizing focused search strategies for both current and forthcoming hiring requirements.

• Carry out initial outreach, pre-screening discussions, and resume evaluations to determine candidate suitability, enthusiasm, and qualification alignment for AU/NZ mortgage support positions.

• Maintain precise and organized candidate profiles and pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Gather and manage candidate requirements, including introductory videos and other supporting documentation.

• Coordinate and monitor the completion of typing assessments to ensure timely processing.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters to facilitate a seamless progression of candidates through the initial stages of the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within an outsourcing or offshore staffing context.

• Experience in an IT service-based business; familiarity with the Microsoft industry is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of AU/NZ mortgage procedures and financial services workflows.

• Practical experience using ATS tools, with a preference for Workable.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing LinkedIn for candidate sourcing is essential.

• Proven capability to source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in candidate outreach, engagement, and screening.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple sourcing pipelines and tasks concurrently.

• Basic knowledge of typing assessments and candidate evaluation techniques.

• Ability to accurately review resumes and evaluate candidate suitability against role requirements.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Willingness to work during AU business hours: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH Time.
