Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders in optimizing JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.

• Implement supplier and operational enhancements while leading and executing strategic initiatives.

• Offer support, guidance, and follow-up to operations teams regarding RFP/bid, contracting, and operational procedures.

• Generate and monitor Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services.

• Serve as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management.

• Ensure that contractual terms and conditions undergo a formal review and approval by legal and risk management teams.

• Assist the Sourcing Leader in prioritizing tasks and delivering results on schedule.

• Address issues with operations teams, temporary personnel, and project-specific staff.

• Provide analysis and compliance reporting to the Sourcing Lead.

• Identify risks, actions, and compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems.

• Conduct system audits to verify the accuracy of KPI reporting.

• Confirm that compensation rates in Work Order systems are in accordance with service agreements.

• Adjust rates according to contractual increases and modifications in service levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in strategic sourcing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while providing support to teams in a decentralized setting.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
