Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify potential candidates through ATS, job boards, and local community organizations.

• Develop applicant sources by collaborating with community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media outlets, and online platforms.

• Draw in applicants through job postings, recruiters, newsgroups, and job portals.

• Establish talent pipelines for high-volume and challenging-to-fill positions.

• Review resumes and assess candidates based on relevant skill sets.

• Evaluate candidates against job criteria and present suitable candidates to Staffing Specialists or TA Managers.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance metrics of sourcing partners.

• Hold sourcing partners and recruitment marketing agencies accountable for meeting performance standards.

• Analyze campaign and channel data, recommending adjustments to budget allocations.

• Experiment with and assess new sourcing channels and strategies.

• Adhere to safe work practices and company policies.

• Complete special projects and other assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Prior experience with ATS systems or other recruitment software.

• Background in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics or vendor/partner performance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Solid understanding of HR procedures and best practices.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Capability to research new and emerging industry practices.
