Sourcing Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract additional candidates via LinkedIn and various job boards when the volume of inbound applications is low.

• Implement site-specific calibration guidance provided by hiring managers and recruiting partners.

• Apply consistent screening criteria across different sites.

• Develop Boolean search techniques to find top talent for challenging roles.

• Proactively flag and address issues within the applicant pool, including legacy candidates.

• Monitor pipeline health, pass-through rates, and sourcing metrics for weekly reporting purposes.

• Ensure timely achievement of hiring targets.

• Collaborate with recruiters and DoorDash recruiting partners via Slack.

• Provide market insights and promptly escalate any pipeline risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in both German and English.

• Additional proficiency in Polish is preferred.

• Background in Recruitment or Sourcing with the ability to create Boolean search strings.

• Experience in sourcing candidates for engineering and corporate function positions.

• Strong capability to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels.

• Skill in sourcing candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions.

• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with people.

• Ability to take initiative, adapt to changes, and complete tasks effectively.

• Capacity to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy.

• 12-month fixed-term contract.
