📋 Description

• Spearhead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Procurement business processes, systems, and operational support functions.

• Oversee essential Procurement programs and initiatives for the market while providing specialized knowledge.

• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize processes, enhance automation, standardize practices, and improve compliance.

• Lead or assist in cross-functional projects, system upgrades, acquisitions, integrations, and strategic Procurement initiatives.

• Create and sustain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business insights to facilitate performance management and informed decision-making.

• Foster stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to encourage the adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Assist in advancing strategic Procurement objectives across Direct Materials, Indirect Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance enhancements or change management initiatives.

• Demonstrated capability to navigate challenges in executing complex, multifunctional prioritized projects.

• Strong and innovative problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to influence others without formal authority.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Copilot.

• Experience with SAP and business reporting tools is preferred.

• Willingness to travel and work outside of standard hours as needed.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate is advantageous.

• Up to 5% travel required.
