This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Ensure that procurement, risk, and contract compliance requirements are fulfilled and maintained, with a focus on the management of supplier contract documentation.
• Provide support to the client and Jones Lang LaSalle teams regarding contract process inquiries and assist with data entry and management through the Sourcing technology platform.
• Ensure the integrity of the contract database and other data management tools is upheld.
• Conduct due diligence for supplier onboarding, which includes the administration of Corrigo.
• Manage and maintain contract and supplier files, including certificates of insurance, amendments, letters, and other contractual documents.
• Prioritize, communicate, coordinate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers alongside operations teams.
• Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing transition plans for service providers and communicate any changes to contracts.
• Audit sourcing and contracting policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to confirm that contractual terms meet standards and that any changes are formally reviewed and approved.
• Maintain detailed and accurate files to track correspondence and authorizations.
• Assist in the communication and resolution of compliance matters related to Certificates of Insurance and associated programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for COI, ISNetworld, and Avetta risk management/administration inquiries; process COI exceptions and oversee COI data management across platforms.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Purchasing, and/or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience in supporting real estate, facilities services, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications and possess excellent PC skills.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
