This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Employ effective sourcing methods to identify potential candidates

• Keep the candidate database and management systems such as Jira and Teamtailor up to date

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the needs and cycle of both internal and client recruitment processes

• Actively participate in training courses and updates

• Stay informed about trends and best practices in recruitment

• Keep up to date with technical vocabulary

• Meet management and productivity metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or sourcing

• Knowledge of database search techniques and social media sourcing

• Basic understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems

• Strong written communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Results-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks

• Self-learning aptitude

• Proactive attitude
