Solution/Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive MDM and Data Governance initiatives, managing everything from strategy formulation and requirements collection to solution design, implementation, testing, and live support.

• Establish enterprise master data strategies, governance frameworks, operational models, and MDM adoption roadmaps.

• Offer recommendations for Functional Architecture, Technical Architecture, Business Process Enhancements, and Data Governance.

• Design and execute scalable, integrated, and high-quality master data solutions utilizing Ataccama.

• Create holistic architectural perspectives across Business, Information, Application, and Technology domains.

• Spearhead enterprise data integration, data quality, and data consistency initiatives across various platforms and projects.

• Facilitate architecture workshops, executive presentations, and brainstorming sessions.

• Develop proposals and statements of work.

• Provide guidance to clients regarding MDM, PIM, Data Governance, Data Quality, BI, and best practices for digital transformation.

• Lead teams of 5-25 members, both onshore and offshore.

• Manage architecture governance, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and knowledge transfer processes.

• Advise executive stakeholders on data strategy and digital transformation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Ataccama MDM, Ataccama ONE, Data Governance, Data Quality (DQ), and Enterprise Data Architecture.

• Demonstrated expertise in MDM Architecture and solution delivery.

• Experience with Ataccama MDM, including 2-3+ successful implementations.

• Proven experience with Ataccama ONE, focusing on Data Governance and Data Quality (DQ).

• 7-10+ years of experience in MDM, Data Governance, Data Warehousing, BI, and Enterprise Data Architecture.

• Minimum of 3 years working with MDM platforms such as Ataccama, Informatica, Reltio, or IBM MDM.

• Proven experience leading both onsite and offshore teams.

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Ataccama certification is preferred.

• Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience with C-level executives, VPs, Directors, and business leaders.

• Capability to lead teams of 5-25 members.

• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and managing multiple projects concurrently.
