Solutions Trainer – CDI, Coding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Introduce, showcase, and provide training to customers on Solventum 360 Encompass and related Revenue Cycle products

• Integrate blended learning strategies and adult education principles into training sessions

• Conduct live classroom and online training sessions

• Contribute to the development of asynchronous training materials

• Engage in project implementations both prior to and following go-live with key project stakeholders

• Act as a subject matter expert, mentor, and contributor to internal Solventum HIS teams

• Interact with customers both remotely and on-site to facilitate software training

• Participate in relevant corporate programs and initiatives

• Adhere to professional, quality, corporate, and ethical standards

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Health Information Management/clinical coding

• Experience with a varied casemix

• Relevant qualifications in Health Information Management and clinical coding

• Eligible for full membership with the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA)

• Experience as a Clinical Documentation Specialist is advantageous

• Background in healthcare training is beneficial

• Qualifications from the La Trobe University Auditing Course or equivalent tertiary qualifications are advantageous

• Prior experience in auditing, training, and education in coding is highly preferred

• Understanding of Electronic Medical Record workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional training

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams

• Strong organizational capabilities

• Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting

• Familiarity with Solventum 360 Encompass is a plus

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
