Solutions Success Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a consultant and dedicated resource for onboarding and managing subscription-based service engagements for a designated customer portfolio.

• Provide outstanding customer experiences and assist clients in maximizing their investment in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) and related products.

• Identify and drive the completion of smaller non-project tasks while also recognizing larger Professional Services opportunities.

• Advocate for assigned clients by building relationships, understanding their business objectives, managing requests and escalations, and coordinating internal resources.

• Oversee onboarding and intake processes, develop customer roadmaps, prioritize assignments, provide status updates, and maintain engagement documentation.

• Facilitate weekly status meetings and monthly executive alignment meetings.

• Address customer alerts, red flags, critical issues, overdue tickets, and work assignments promptly.

• Support customer satisfaction, subscription renewals, account growth, and opportunities for additional software and services.

• Deliver billable business consulting and training for Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) clients.

• Maintain a personal weekly billing objective of 75%.

• Identify ERP functional gaps and propose solutions; optimize ERP usage and offer business-process guidance.

• Assist with system utilization, business processes, operational enhancements, and customer training.

• Mentor members of the consulting and Professional Services teams, providing training, coaching, and guidance.

• Collaborate on customer assignments and projects while offering strategic advice to senior management.

• Provide constructive feedback regarding team member performance.

• Complete daily entries and fulfill necessary administrative responsibilities; perform other related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Over 10 years of ERP experience using analytical skills in a manufacturing setting.

• More than 10 years of consulting and/or business analyst experience within a manufacturing environment.

• At least 5 years of experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)/SyteLine.

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing business processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to identify ERP functional gaps and suggest suitable solutions.

• Excellent customer-facing consulting abilities.

• Effective communication skills with operational users, management, and executive-level stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiency.

• Willingness to travel at least 25% or as necessary.

• Travel may involve on-site customer consulting, customer meetings, internal meetings, and sales support.

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
