This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and advance Arrow’s Microsoft CAIP strategy.
• Propel the activation, enablement, and execution of CAIP reseller programs within Microsoft CAIP.
• Foster relationships with vendors and partners to empower channel partners in positioning and selling Microsoft CAIP solutions.
• Facilitate the execution of CAIP initiatives that foster new customer acquisition and workload growth.
• Conduct Microsoft cadence meetings and collaborate with Arrow’s global Microsoft CAIP team.
• Oversee a dedicated marketing budget.
• Assist in partner readiness and alignment with Microsoft CAIP priorities and fiscal success metrics.
• Lead the execution of Microsoft CAIP strategies in accordance with Microsoft KPIs and frameworks.
• Engage in cadence calls, planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, and joint execution evaluations with Microsoft CAIP stakeholders.
• Drive the acquisition of new customers and workloads through indirect channel partners.
• Empower reseller partners through structured plays, campaigns, and targeted go-to-market approaches.
• Execute Microsoft-aligned campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Activate and implement Campaigns in a Box, Cloud Ascent targeting, Co-op funds, workshops, CAIP assessments, and other Microsoft programs and incentives.
• Facilitate CAIP-focused webinars and enablement sessions.
• Establish and maintain a Rhythm of Business with partners and Microsoft to monitor performance and pipeline development.
• Support partner lifecycle activities including acquisition, renewals, upselling, and CAIP workload expansion.
• Monitor and report performance against Microsoft KPIs such as acquisition, reach, frequency, yield, and CSP growth.
• Represent Arrow and Microsoft at solution-focused summits, bootcamps, and Microsoft-led events.
• Strong background in IT relationship management, partner engagement, or vendor management.
• Experience collaborating with or alongside Microsoft and the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
• Demonstrated interest in cloud infrastructure, AI solutions, or related technologies.
• Proven capability to execute structured partner initiatives, campaigns, and enablement programs.
• Comfortable leading meetings, presenting to partners, and engaging with senior vendor stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Experience in supporting or executing Microsoft programs, such as SureStep.
• Familiarity with Microsoft CAIP solutions in the SMB and mid-market sectors.
• Experience in owning or managing a marketing or campaign budget.
• Exposure to CSP processes, partner incentives, and indirect go-to-market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and delivery.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing vendor training and certification as part of professional growth.
• Commitment to achieving the relevant Microsoft Fundamentals certifications as a minimum.
• Dedication to furthering Microsoft CAIP and related certifications as part of your ongoing professional development.
