Solutions Engineer, Post-Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gain an in-depth understanding of Checkly and the monitoring sector.

• Assist customers in resolving reliability issues.

• Manage the technical onboarding process for new accounts, which includes implementation and configuration.

• Facilitate customers’ initial monitoring setup into production.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for customer engineering teams.

• Collaborate with the sales team to support adoption, troubleshoot issues, and promote account growth.

• Act as the technical liaison for existing accounts.

• Organize customer meetings, including detailed technical discussions and account reviews.

• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and internal playbooks.

• Relay customer insights to the Product Engineering and Marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience in a post-sales technical role, which includes customer onboarding, conducting workshops and training, and facilitating account growth.

• Practical experience with monitoring, observability, or automated testing.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and debugging code; JavaScript/Node.js is preferred.

• Capability to utilize AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex for customer-facing tasks.

• A genuine passion for engaging with customers directly, conducting workshops, giving demonstrations, and clarifying technical concepts.

• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a remote work setting.

• Located on the US East Coast, operating in Eastern Time (ET).

• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers.

• Experience in a startup environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
