This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +7 more states.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and pursue business growth opportunities.
• Lead demand generation initiatives.
• Facilitate technology capabilities internally with Portfolio Account Teams and externally with partners.
• Analyze customer requirements and align technical solutions to fulfill their needs.
• Design network architectures.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and solutions, including positioning, differentiation, and operational characteristics.
• Conduct product demonstrations and manage Proof of Concept labs.
• Keep up-to-date with competitive insights to strategically position Cisco's products and services.
• Monitor market transitions and industry trends to anticipate customer requirements.
• Collaborate across business functions and teams within Cisco.
• Engage with customers regarding complex digital transformation projects.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
• Present Cisco's secure networking products and solutions across Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, and Automation.
• Manage RFP responses, organize demonstrations, and drive proofs of value.
• Articulate product features and advantages, and design/configure products based on customer specifications.
• Conduct multi-architecture Proof-of-Concept tests.
• Present technical architectures, solutions, and products to audiences ranging from managers to directors and above.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in sizing and designing Routing, Wireless, and Switching deployments, both On-Premises and Cloud-Based.
• More than 5 years of expertise in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and LISP.
• Familiarity with network segmentation technologies, including VRF, MPLS, ZeroTrust, SDA, 802.1x, and Adaptive Policy.
• Knowledge of network management principles.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Awareness of competitive networking products like HPE/Aruba, Juniper, Arista, and Fortinet.
• Preferably possess pre-sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, ideally in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform well under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking skills to address customer concerns and foster business growth.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Cisco and non-Cisco certifications are advantageous, including CCIE, CCDE, CCNP, DevNet, AWS, Google, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of API and programmability is a plus.
