This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with Account Executives during prospect evaluations as the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Address setup, authentication, and app download challenges prior to trial periods.
• Provide answers to inquiries regarding technical support, security, and data privacy.
• Clarify data security certifications and compliance standards to legal, IT, and security stakeholders.
• Establish and configure integrations for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Assist with large-scale document and data migrations.
• Resolve bugs and functionality problems impacting in-trial accounts, escalating issues to Engineering as necessary while managing them until resolution.
• Facilitate technical demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with IT to fulfill RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Generate and maintain technical content and documentation.
• Become an expert in the product and gain insights into the competitive landscape.
• Participate in events and conferences or conduct internal training sessions as assigned.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical support, or a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably in SaaS or B2B settings.
• Strong knowledge of security and data privacy frameworks, including SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and PIPEDA.
• Proficient in troubleshooting authentication issues, including SSO/SAML, application deployment, and account setup.
• Hands-on experience in connecting and configuring software integrations for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with large-scale document and data migration processes.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and business advantages to both technical and non-technical audiences, including legal and IT teams.
• Skill in identifying customer pain points and proposing solutions that address their needs.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate within a distributed team.
• Proficient in HubSpot or similar customer interaction management tools.
• Must have legal authorization to work and reside in Canada.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with the legal tech industry.
• Background in a high-growth scaling technology company.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Experience in deploying or administering Microsoft 365 / Word add-in environments.
