Workday, Sana AI Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a senior solution architect for client engagements involving Workday, Student, technical domains, Workday AI, Sana, enterprise knowledge, automation, and AI-driven delivery transformation.

• Provide expert advice to clients on Workday Platform strategy, considerations related to Student, technical architecture, and practical applications of AI.

• Collaborate with Sales and Practice Leaders on initiatives, including opportunity qualifications, solution strategies, point-of-view materials, demos, discovery sessions, and value propositions.

• Keep up to date with Workday AI features, Sana capabilities, roadmap changes, and trends in enterprise AI.

• Convert emerging trends into insights, recommendations, and offerings that are ready for clients.

• Develop high-level architectures that integrate Workday, Sana, enterprise applications, knowledge sources, and responsible AI protocols.

• Produce reusable sales and delivery materials such as discovery questions, solution patterns, implementation playbooks, demo narratives, proposal language, and advisory frameworks.

• Articulate the direction of Workday AI, use cases, implementation considerations, and guidance for adoption to consultants.

• Spot opportunities to integrate AI into Alchemy’s delivery methodology, knowledge management, and client-facing services.

• Contribute to project delivery, advisory services, solution architecture, and AI-related consulting engagements while achieving utilization targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience at an architect level in Workday consulting, solution architecture, transformation advisory, or enterprise technology implementation.

• Strong comprehension of the Workday platform.

• Proficiency or fluency in areas such as Student, technical architecture, integrations, reporting, security, Extend, and cross-functional delivery considerations.

• A strong curiosity and passion for AI, automation, agentic workflows, and the future of enterprise operations.

• Ability to engage credibly with client executives, technical teams, delivery teams, and sales stakeholders.

• Comfort in transitioning between strategy and execution, including discovery, solution design, proposal support, enablement, and hands-on delivery.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex AI and technology concepts for business audiences.

• A consultative mindset with sound judgment concerning governance, data privacy, security, change management, and responsible AI adoption.

• Preference for experience with Sana, enterprise knowledge platforms, AI agents, Copilot, automation tools, or workflow orchestration.

• Capability to operate in a billable client-facing role while meeting utilization goals aligned with role expectations.
