Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical authority supporting the enterprise sales team.

• Ensure seamless and swift integration and onboarding for enterprise customers.

• Communicate technology and product expertise to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Drive and oversee the Proof of Concept and evaluation phase of the sales process in collaboration with Sales.

• Serve as a technical advisor throughout the sales journey.

• Lead sales initiatives for Proofs of Concept.

• Collaborate with Support, Routing, Engineering, and Product Management teams.

• Be the main technical contact for clients during the pre-sales stage.

• Create and present technical presentations detailing Mitto's infrastructure and security.

• Translate customer needs to Product Management.

• Oversee the technical onboarding process for new enterprise clients.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proficiency in English and Italian.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a dynamic environment.

• Strong sense of ownership, a positive mindset, and a drive to achieve results.

• Collaborative and customer-centric approach.

• Ability to simplify technical concepts into accessible language.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in using MS Office tools.

• 2-3 years of experience in a mid or high-level client-facing position.

• Basic understanding of technical concepts including REST API, Java, PHP, Ruby, C#, or Python.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Kibana is a plus.

• Experience in telecom and messaging sectors, including CPaaS, SMS, Voice, Telecom Data, or Carrier ecosystems.
