Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical authority supporting the enterprise sales team.

• Ensure a seamless and rapid integration and onboarding process for enterprise clients.

• Clearly communicate technology and product knowledge to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Lead and manage the Proof of Concept (PoC) and evaluation phases of the sales process, serving as the technical advisor.

• Oversee sales initiatives for Proofs of Concept, collaborating with support, routing, engineering, and product management teams.

• Serve as the main technical liaison with clients during the pre-sales stage.

• Create and present technical demonstrations, highlighting Mitto's infrastructure and security features.

• Relay customer needs to Product Management.

• Conduct technical onboarding sessions for new enterprise clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proficiency in both Italian and English.

• Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organization, and remain composed in a dynamic environment.

• A sense of ownership, a positive mindset, and a drive for achieving results.

• Team-oriented, customer-centric approach.

• Ability to simplify technical concepts into accessible, everyday language.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Confidence in using MS Office applications.

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role at a mid or high level.

• Basic understanding of technical concepts related to REST API, Java, PHP, Ruby, C#, or Python.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Kibana is a plus.

• Experience in telecom and messaging (CPaaS, SMS, Voice, Telecom Data, Carrier ecosystem).
