Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical expert supporting the enterprise sales team.

• Ensure a seamless and rapid integration and onboarding experience for enterprise customers.

• Communicate technology and product insights effectively to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Lead the Proof of Concept and evaluation phases of the sales process, acting as a technical advisor to the sales team.

• Oversee sales initiatives related to Proofs of Concept.

• Collaborate with support, routing, engineering, and product management teams.

• Function as the main technical contact for clients during the pre-sales stage.

• Create and present technical demonstrations, covering Mitto's infrastructure and security aspects.

• Relay customer needs to the Product Management team.

• Manage the technical onboarding process for new enterprise clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized in a dynamic work environment.

• Demonstrated sense of ownership, a positive attitude, and motivation to achieve results.

• Collaborative and customer-oriented mindset.

• Capability to simplify technical concepts into accessible language.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in using MS Office tools.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role at a mid to high level.

• Basic understanding of technical concepts related to REST API, Java, PHP, Ruby, C#, or Python.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Kibana is a plus.

• Experience in telecom and messaging domains (CPaaS, SMS, Voice, Telecom Data, Carrier ecosystem).
