Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Address intricate client inquiries through chat, email, and video calls

• Diagnose technical challenges involving APIs, custom integrations, and product setup

• Document software bugs and recognize patterns in customer issues

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions during evaluations, proofs of concept, and ongoing initiatives

• Engage with executive decision-makers to ensure solutions align with customer goals

• Confirm the technical viability and project specifications

• Define the scope of customer projects and estimate the effort for comprehensive solutions

• Develop, maintain, and support tailored solutions utilizing JavaScript, APIs, Cloudflare, Pipedream, n8n, and external platforms

• Produce and sustain technical documentation

• Create internal tools and automations incorporating analytics and reporting

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams while aiding pre-sales activities

• Contribute to marketing and community endeavors through technical content and use-case presentations

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a Support Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing position

• Extensive experience guiding enterprise clients through complex software selection processes

• Solid technical foundation in SaaS, APIs, and enterprise integrations

• Practical experience making HTTP requests, interpreting API documentation, and linking third-party services, automations, and data flows

• Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Familiarity with dashboards, internal tools, and process documentation

• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple requests under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in both English and Spanish

• Authorized to work in Spain
