📋 Description

• Act as the technical authority for Kaseya’s security offerings, including Email Security, Microsoft 365 Defense, SIEM/MDR, and User-Based Security.

• Perform comprehensive technical assessments and provide tailored, scenario-based product demonstrations that align with client threat profiles.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to create effective, multi-layered security and compliance strategies customized for client environments.

• Assist clients in aligning their security posture with standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, and CMMC by utilizing Kaseya’s compliance and auditing tools.

• Deliver post-sale technical consulting services, aiding in deployment strategies, threat detection setups, and continuous security improvement.

• Work closely with Product Management to support feature enhancements driven by threat intelligence and customer insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales or technical solution architecture within cybersecurity, email security, or managed security services.

• Practical knowledge of Email Security, including phishing defense, DMARC/DKIM/SPF protocols.

• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 security.

• Understanding of SIEM log analysis and MDR processes.

• Strong grasp of user-based security concepts, including IAM, MFA, and Security Awareness Training methodologies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-171/800-53, and CMMC standards.

• Extensive familiarity with Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, and essential networking principles.

• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools such as OpenVAS and Nessus.

• Awareness of MSP service delivery frameworks, SOC operations, and ITSM practices.

• ITSM/ITIL certification is advantageous.

• Demonstrated capability to convey complex threat vectors and compliance needs into clear business value for C-level executives, technical leaders, and non-technical stakeholders.
