Solutions Engineer – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales Executives to facilitate intricate technical sales processes from initial discovery to evaluation and closing.

• Participate in customer discovery sessions, requirements-gathering, and technical discussions.

• Convert customer challenges into effective solutions utilizing Fingerprint.

• Lead Proof-of-Value integrations alongside customers' technology infrastructures.

• Foster trust with customer teams and serve as a reliable advisor to both customers and sales executives.

• Work collaboratively across teams to enhance the sales process alongside account executives.

• Address RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs promptly.

• Attend and present at conferences to showcase Fingerprint and its offerings.

• Resolve customer issues to guarantee satisfaction.

• Act as a liaison between sales and marketing departments.

• Create demonstrations highlighting how customers can leverage Fingerprint to improve their operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of pertinent experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.

• Residing in the APAC region.

• Capability to identify customer challenges and deliver solutions within the Fingerprint ecosystem.

• Strong skills in JavaScript.

• Familiarity with SQL.

• Excellent presentation abilities, including showcasing technical solutions.

• Customer-centric mindset.

• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.

• Experience in translating customer needs to internal stakeholders.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative work style.

• Proficient in macOS.

• Comfortable working entirely remotely with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
