This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of Lyra’s employer solutions.
• Collaborate with the VP/GM and partner across Go To Market, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Leverage Lyra’s technology and services to address significant business challenges.
• Assess market demands and necessary capabilities, establish differentiation, and expedite time to market.
• Formulate and oversee solution strategies, including market potential, competitive advantage, corporate-strategy alignment, buy/build/partner decisions, and business-risk evaluations.
• Shape the technology platform roadmap in collaboration with Product Management.
• Define, standardize, and document solution services, KPIs, customer SLAs, differentiation, and pricing in partnership with Clinical and Operations teams.
• Create profitable pricing and packaging strategies in conjunction with Pricing and Finance teams.
• Develop solution positioning, value propositions, messaging, solution briefs, presentations, battle cards, ROI calculators, and proposal templates.
• Act as the primary Solution Subject Matter Expert for market-facing teams and provide training for field-facing teams.
• Establish and monitor solution KPIs, including revenue, margin, market share, customer adoption, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create customer and cross-functional feedback mechanisms to facilitate ongoing improvements.
• Manage the solution lifecycle from launch to renewal and enhance performance.
• Over 10 years of strategic leadership experience managing high-complexity projects.
• Expertise in the healthcare sector with the ability to make quick decisions and execute effectively.
• Background in product management, product marketing, strategic operations, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated success in executing complex solution packages that combine software/technology with human-driven services in high-pressure environments.
• Strong business and analytical skills to construct business cases and utilize data for informed decision-making.
• Experience in navigating enterprise customer purchasing and implementation processes.
• Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Capability to align cross-functional colleagues around intricate proposals without direct authority.
• Strong commercial acumen to support go-to-market teams and represent solutions in meetings with customers and prospects.
• High level of autonomy and discretion in managing priorities, frameworks, and evaluation criteria.
• Preferred: MBA or an equivalent master’s degree.
• Preferred: Extensive experience with value-based pricing, solution packaging, and monetization model development.
• Preferred: Specialized knowledge in employee benefits, commercial health insurance, or healthcare reimbursement frameworks.
