Solutions Consultant – Spain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the value-driven selling process while engaging stakeholders across all levels within prospect organizations.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients' supply chain operations.

• Recognize challenges and create tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives.

• Develop and present customized value propositions and business cases.

• Manage the solutioning process throughout the sales cycle, including presentations, demonstrations, conference room pilots, and proof-of-concept assistance.

• Ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery.

• Establish trusted-advisor relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.

• Provide market and customer insights to Product Management to influence the product roadmap.

• Contribute to cross-team enablement and demand generation efforts.

• Train colleagues, share best practices, and support large account initiatives.

• Stay updated on industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role within a B2B software environment.

• Strong expertise in logistics, supply chain planning, transport optimization, or a closely related area.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging, value-focused discovery discussions and product demonstrations.

• Proficient in developing business cases and translating technical capabilities into quantifiable customer value.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• Comfortable interacting with both C-level executives and operational teams.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Sales-oriented with a collaborative attitude.

• Eagerness to share knowledge, develop assets, and assist in closing deals as part of a cohesive team.
