Conversational AI Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer workflows for automation opportunities and identify appropriate platforms

• Create solution designs for voice and chatbot deployments

• Analyze and communicate the technical viability, effort, and associated risks

• Set up and develop voicebots and chatbots using established Conversational AI platforms

• Design, test, and enhance prompts and dialogue flows

• Conduct quality assurance and consistently improve bot efficiency

• Integrate interfaces with customer systems, including APIs and data streams

• Execute technical solutions utilizing JavaScript and Python

• Assume full responsibility for projects, from technology evaluation and configuration to go-live

• Oversee projects and liaise with stakeholders

• Work collaboratively with customer IT teams for system integration

• Generate and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, interfaces, and prompt libraries

• Disseminate knowledge within the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar technical discipline

• 3–5 years of pertinent professional experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or a similar role

• Demonstrated project experience in implementing voicebots or chatbots on recognized platforms

• In-depth knowledge of configuration and prompt engineering on Conversational AI platforms

• Proficient programming skills in JavaScript and Python

• Familiarity with API integration and system architecture

• Capability to evaluate automation potential in customer workflows

• Organized project management skills and experience in technical documentation

• Proficiency in German at C1 level is mandatory

• Interest in or experience in the Customer Experience (CX) domain is a plus

• Strong technical inclination and a methodical, solution-focused work approach

• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies

• Competence in conveying technical concepts clearly and effectively

• Ability to work autonomously and maintain resilience throughout project phases
