This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Take charge of Mixpanel customers and prospects throughout Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar.
• Engage with potential and existing clients to comprehend their products, customer journeys, business models, and growth aspirations.
• Identify challenges related to acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Convert business challenges into actionable product analytics solutions.
• Design Mixpanel use cases aligned with customer priorities.
• Recommend measurement frameworks, KPIs, event structures, and analytics strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Product, Growth, Marketing, Data, and leadership teams.
• Conduct Mixpanel product demonstrations centered on real customer use cases.
• Showcase funnels, retention, cohorts, user journeys, segmentation, session replay, and other Mixpanel features.
• Assist with technical discovery concerning SDKs, event tracking, integrations, data architecture, and implementation.
• Collaborate with customer data and engineering teams on technical discussions.
• Organize proof-of-concepts, trials, and evaluations.
• Manage opportunities from initial discovery to commercial discussions and closure.
• Develop proposals in conjunction with Omtera’s commercial team.
• Prepare and present various commercial options.
• Oversee customer follow-ups and next steps.
• Collaborate with Mixpanel account teams on pricing, deal structures, and partnership opportunities.
• Assist customers in constructing business cases for adopting or expanding Mixpanel.
• Identify expansion prospects within existing accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with current Mixpanel customers and pinpoint adoption challenges, new use cases, and expansion prospects.
• Coordinate with Omtera’s implementation and consulting teams for additional delivery support when necessary.
• Support account renewals and growth.
• Foster relationships with product, growth, digital, marketing, and data leaders across the GCC.
• Identify and cultivate new enterprise and high-growth opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings, executive briefings, partner sessions, conferences, roundtables, meetups, and industry events.
• Assist in organizing Omtera and Mixpanel customer events in the region.
• Track opportunities from initial interaction to commercial outcomes.
• Travel internationally across the GCC.
• Help customers enhance product analytics practices, activation, conversion, and retention.
• Support Omtera in developing opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, expanding Mixpanel adoption across the GCC, creating customer references, organizing regional events, and building a scalable Product Analytics practice.
• Slightly above junior level and ready to take substantial ownership.
• Ideally, 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in direct customer engagement in SaaS, consulting, technology, or digital products.
• Strong grasp of product analytics and digital customer journeys.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Heap, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of funnels, conversion, activation, retention, cohort analysis, engagement, segmentation, user journeys, churn, experimentation, and product and growth KPIs.
• Ability to comprehend a business issue and formulate a clear solution.
• Confidence in presenting software and solutions to clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in the procurement and sales of technology solutions.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline.
• Capability to manage multiple customers and opportunities concurrently.
• Proactive and accountable work approach.
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel is particularly advantageous.
• Experience in creating tracking plans or event taxonomies is especially valuable.
• Product analytics implementation experience is particularly beneficial.
• Basic understanding of APIs, SDKs, and data integrations is particularly useful.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is particularly advantageous.
• Experience with mobile or web products is particularly valuable.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, gaming, telecom, or digital businesses is particularly beneficial.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC market is particularly valuable.
• Proficiency in Arabic is particularly beneficial.
• Experience in delivering software demonstrations is particularly valuable.
• Experience in supporting commercial proposals or SaaS sales processes is particularly beneficial.
• Experience in organizing or participating in customer events is particularly valuable.
• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with product, analytics, and engineering teams.
