This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance to distributors, partners, and internal business units through initial discovery sessions, product positioning, and architecture overviews.

• Assist with live product demonstrations and Solution Demo Center environments alongside senior Sales Engineers during co-selling initiatives.

• Establish, manage, and resolve issues within sandbox or lab environments.

• Develop reusable technical resources and instructional guides.

• Implement partner enablement programs via onboarding paths, technical training sessions, and interactive workshops.

• Work collaboratively with international Solution Center colleagues to deliver cross-regional support.

• Align technical architectures with client requirements.

• Advance towards an independent Sales Engineer role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience in leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.

• Up to two years of professional experience in a technical role, including engineering internships, customer support, systems administration, or entry-level infrastructure tasks.

• Essential knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and secure tunneling technologies.

• Bachelor's degree or a proven equivalent record of practical hands-on experience.

• Availability and willingness to engage in occasional regional travel of up to approximately 10% of the time.

• Preferred: familiarity with generative AI environments or automated workflows.

• Preferred: experience with edge security frameworks, including Secure Web Gateways, Zero Trust Network Access, Data Loss Prevention, or Cloud Access Security Brokers.

• Preferred: hands-on experience with application proof-of-concepts or sandbox environments.

• Preferred: active technology certifications or structured coursework.
