This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to uncover clients’ core constraints and document value propositions.
• Develop and substantiate ROI models utilizing clients’ own data.
• Set up sandbox and testing environments leveraging Claude.
• Analyze Nash’s role within customer technology infrastructures.
• Define and implement integrations, particularly with marketplaces and developer portals.
• Address architecture inquiries utilizing current-state and future-state diagrams.
• Create and present demos, proofs of concept, and trials to assist customers in their decision-making process.
• Conduct simulations and optimizations in Claude to derive business value.
• Oversee pilot projects from start to finish.
• Manage the technical transition into production, including implementation and integrations leading up to go-live.
• Lead discussions on pilot outcomes and decision-making regarding project progression.
• Transition customers to Customer Success Management and Engineering teams for ongoing support post-production.
• Provide feedback on technical gaps and recurring issues to Product and Engineering teams.
• Implement minor product updates and pull requests directly.
• Develop reusable templates, scripts, and reference architectures.
• Keep updated on the latest AI models and agent functionalities.
• 4-6 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical program/launch management.
• Ideally possess full ownership experience from discovery through to go-live.
• Hands-on experience using Claude to create solutions.
• Proven ability to conduct structured, workshop-style discovery sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in scripting.
• Familiarity with working with APIs.
• Capable of establishing a sandbox or integration environment.
• Fluent in architecture representation for OMS/WMS/TMS/POS integrations through diagrams.
• Skilled in building and defending ROI models using customer data.
• Experience operating at an enterprise level with multi-region, multi-channel merchants and various existing systems.
• Proven track record in managing implementation and delivery through to go-live and stable production handoff.
• Strong communication abilities with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Experience in running simulations/optimizations or creating executive-ready value models (preferred).
• Background in logistics, delivery, or supply chain (preferred).
• Formal background in value engineering, management consulting, or technical program management (preferred).
• Willingness to travel approximately 2-3 times per month.
• Must indicate if visa sponsorship is required to work in the U.S.
