Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with partners to develop comprehensive solutions utilizing HAI Robotics' product range.

• Offer expertise on system architecture, layout design, and equipment selection.

• Support partners in gathering and interpreting data related to warehouse operations.

• Leverage data insights to customize automation solutions and promote ongoing design enhancements.

• Utilize technical knowledge in warehouse automation and logistics to identify and evaluate potential risks.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between HAI Robotics and partner teams.

• Collaborate on project schedules, milestones, and resource distribution.

• Deliver training to partners on HAI Robotics products, systems, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Information Systems, Engineering, Software, or related fields.

• Over 5 years of substantial experience in the Material-Handling Automation (MHA), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) sectors.

• Demonstrated ability in fast-paced consultative thinking, pinpointing critical issues, and developing effective solutions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with superior presentation capabilities, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D layout design.

• Strong command of written and spoken English.

• Confidence in presenting solutions both internally and to partners and prospective clients.

• Proficient in online collaboration tools.

• Familiarity with the MS Office suite.

• Willingness to travel as some travel may be necessary.
