This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and define solutions that align with business objectives, converting both functional and non-functional requirements into technical capabilities.
• Develop context architectures that detail process responsibilities either in isolation or as components of integrated solutions.
• Create, update, and enhance the Solution Architecture Document (SAD), capturing risks, assumptions, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
• Model and illustrate logical and physical architectures utilizing the C4 Model at the Context (L1) and Container (L2) levels.
• Prepare Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), detailing technical decisions, trade-offs, and their implications.
• Utilize the Solution Maturity Checklist and present proposals in internal architecture forums for review and input.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to map out business capabilities.
• Work alongside Software Architecture, Infrastructure, Network, Data, QA, and Information Security teams to ensure compliance, technical feasibility, integration, and resilience.
• Lead technical decisions throughout the solution lifecycle, from conception and discovery to development, CI/CD, deployment, and post-rollout monitoring.
• Proficiency in Microservices, Cloud-Native, API-First, Serverless-First, Design Systems, and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
• Experience in modeling and documenting non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Strong background in C# and modern .NET (versions 8/9/10).
• Understanding of CQRS (MediatR), Entity Framework Core, and Minimal APIs.
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine), Cloud Run, and serverless services.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL (Cloud SQL), MongoDB Atlas, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
• Experience with Google Cloud Pub/Sub and Redis (Memorystore).
• Integration experience with Keycloak SSO, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, and secrets management using CyberArk.
• API governance knowledge with OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and centralized structured logging.
• Proficiency with GitLab, CodeMagic, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Practical knowledge in cloud cost optimization and financial environment sizing (FinOps).
• Certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are advantageous.
• Knowledge of the financial services market, BACEN regulations, Brazil’s LGPD, and PCI DSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with Backstage and BusinessMap for managing OKRs, sprints, and delivery governance is a plus.
