Solutions Architect – Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical lead for high-value services

• Maintain direct technical communication with the client

• Engage in pre-sales activities, solution definition, and client presentations

• Collaborate with business development on the implementation of PoCs and pilots

• Advocate for best practices and infrastructure for development projects, including code repositories and IaC

• Participate in technical strategy meetings with representatives from technology communities

• Propose and lead new initiatives alongside other Technical Leaders and members of Expert Centers

• Design and define robust, scalable architectures aligned with business needs and quality standards

• Analyze the technical feasibility of solutions, technologies, architectural approaches, and trade-offs

• Translate between business and technology, ensuring smooth communication and realistic expectations

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, developers, and technical leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as a software/solutions architect in design, estimation, risk management, and deployment of enterprise solutions using various technologies

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Leader

• Strong team leadership skills

• Extensive experience with agile methodologies

• Creativity, a sensitivity to innovation, and the initiative to propose and lead new working methods or team organization

• Proven ability to take on management responsibilities, lead teams, and maintain client relationships

• Experience in closed projects

• Experience in technical pre-sales: solution design, estimation, documentation, risk management, and client defense

• Extensive experience in defining software architecture: architectural patterns, hexagonal architecture, SOLID principles, microservices, and EDA

• Experience working with various languages and technologies

• Design and management of REST/SOAP APIs and API Management

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services: AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Focus on software quality and continuous improvement of development processes
