Solutions Architect, Integrations – MENA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and integration initiatives for fraud and compliance products.

• Collaborate closely with clients, offering comprehensive onboarding support from start to finish.

• Manage APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and all related support documentation.

• Evaluate clients' technical and functional needs and devise solutions that leverage Sardine's system and product capabilities.

• Oversee implementation projects, ensuring quality control, timeline management, risk mitigation, and the achievement of deliverables.

• Grasp customers' business challenges, technical specifications, and success metrics to deliver solutions utilizing Sardine's technology.

• Provide insightful product feedback to internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of practical experience in roles such as implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst, collaborating with various technical teams, both internal and external.

• At least 3 years of B2B SaaS experience in areas like payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to juggle multiple projects at once and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.

• Familiarity with API specifications, such as OpenAPI.

• Background in web development.

• Experience in scripting for internal tool development using languages such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, and Postman.
