This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate closely with clients to provide comprehensive support throughout their onboarding journey, positioning them for success.
• Take ownership of APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and all related support materials.
• Evaluate client needs from both technical and functional angles, crafting solutions that leverage a thorough understanding of Sardine’s systems and product offerings.
• Oversee implementation projects, ensuring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and driving the completion of deliverables.
• Develop a profound understanding of customers' business challenges, technical needs, and success metrics to deliver solutions utilizing Sardine’s technology.
• Provide valuable product feedback to internal teams, acting as the on-ground representative.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and post-sales teams to address technical issues and facilitate deployments.
• Manage end-to-end implementations across APIs, webhooks, data mapping, event-driven workflows, and production challenges.
• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst.
• Proven experience collaborating with various technical teams, both internally and externally.
• At least 3 years of B2B SaaS experience in areas such as payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical and business ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Familiarity with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Knowledge of API specifications, such as OpenAPI.
• Experience in web development.
• Proficiency in writing scripts for internal tool development, including bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
