Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to assess their AI utilization, architecture, and security needs.

• Create comprehensive solution architectures customized for customer settings, encompassing cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

• Convert security and governance requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Assist the Sales team during pre-sale technical validations and proof-of-value demonstrations.

• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to relay field insights and shape roadmap priorities.

• Guarantee seamless transition from pre-sale activities to post-sale implementation and ongoing enhancement.

• Design integrations across AI systems, LLM applications, data pipelines, model layers, and runtime environments.

• Establish best practices for secure AI implementation, governance workflows, and observability frameworks.

• Advise customers on architectural decisions, trade-offs, and scalability factors.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs, security teams, and AI executives.

• Provide support for complex technical escalations and architectural issues.

• Keep abreast of developments in AI security, cloud architecture, and enterprise security frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical technical experience in architecture or engineering.

• Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including Application Security, Cloud Security, AI Security, or related areas.

• Profound knowledge of modern cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and enterprise architectures.

• Experience in designing or executing intricate technical solutions within enterprise settings.

• Strong communication abilities, with a knack for conveying technical depth in terms of business value.

• Customer-facing experience in pre-sale, post-sale, or strategic technical advisory roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Experience with AI / LLM systems, model pipelines, or GenAI applications.

• Background as a Product Manager in cybersecurity aiming to move into a more technical, architecture-centered role.

• Experience in early-stage startups or fast-growing environments.

• Familiarity with governance frameworks, compliance obligations, and enterprise security standards.
