Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical establishment and onboarding process for new clients, including the transition of existing email and marketing strategies to Movable Ink’s AI/ML-driven platform.

• Partner with clients and cross-functional internal teams to define, design, and execute tailored technical solutions, integrations, and workflows.

• Analyze, modify, and format data feeds for both immediate and long-term initiatives.

• Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate integration challenges while assessing impacts across clients, go-to-market teams, EPD, and leadership.

• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.

• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consultants, Implementation Managers, and other teams to guarantee a unified client experience.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Studio, Da Vinci, and applied AI use cases.

• Provide recommendations on product roadmap and feature enhancements based on client insights.

• Create project plans and oversee technical solutions until completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in a technical implementation, solution architect, or technical account management role, ideally within the marketing technology field.

• At least 3 years of consulting experience, shaping marketing strategies with advanced technical solutions across interconnected systems.

• Significant experience with various enterprise email or mobile service providers, including platforms such as Attentive, Airship, Bird, Sinch, Vibes, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze, Epsilon, Cordial, Cheetah Digital, Bloomreach, Zeta, and Iterable.

• Capability to identify integration opportunities with clients' existing APIs, web services, and technology stacks.

• Proven experience in managing complex client onboarding projects.

• Technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and data architectures; familiarity with Python or API/webhook integrations is advantageous.

• Over 2 years of experience with cloud-based large data warehousing solutions, data lakes, and ETL processes.

• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies/objectives for Movable Ink supported channels, specifically Email and Mobile.

• Ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms to a variety of stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Strong grasp of AI/ML applications in email and digital marketing, including experience in managing AI systems.
