Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of customer challenges and align them with Cohere solutions.

• Collaborate with account executives, partners, and executive leadership to articulate and showcase the value of Cohere's technology.

• Manage the technical relationship with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

• Enhance the adoption of Cohere products both internally and externally.

• Collect customer insights and feedback to influence the development of future products.

• Spearhead the design and implementation of customer pilots for key enterprise and government clients.

• Direct the technical discussion during customer calls.

• Design enterprise architectures for North deployments.

• Conduct in-depth analyses on customer inquiries and Cohere technology.

• Facilitate customer evaluations and pilot programs.

• Create and document processes that empower the solutions architect and related teams to scale effectively.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure offerings align with customer requirements.

• Partner with allies to devise strategies for enabling and accelerating their customer base.

• Act as the voice of the customer, serving as a bridge between customers and the product team.

• Advise customers on Cohere best practices, pinpoint platform enhancements, nurture technical champions, and drive adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Digital Strategy Consultant, or similar positions.

• A strong enthusiasm for Generative AI.

• Knowledge of the advantages and limitations of Generative LLMs and AI technologies.

• Familiarity with essential ML concepts, including training and evaluation.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of presenting to both CEOs and technical audiences.

• Ability to excel in ambiguous and unstructured environments.

• Proficient in identifying and implementing impactful processes in unstructured settings.

• Comfortable utilizing Python and Assistive Coding tools.

• Native-level proficiency in Arabic is required.

• Must reside in Dubai, UAE.

• Preferred: Over 2 years of experience in architecting, deploying, or consulting on NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
